1. Find your Account Number

Series of numbers are printed above your name and address. The first group of numbers is your Account Number.


2. Find your subscription expiry

The magazine expiry date (MM/YY) is printed on the label of each issue. It appears right after your Account Number.  The date right after the expiry is the issue month (MM/YY) of your magazine.

3. Change of Address

Email us to change your address.

Please note that magazine labels and promotional material are printed in advance. As such, it can take 6 - 8 weeks to reflect a change of address.

4. Payments

Pay your bill conveniently
(The amount as well as the next term of your subscription should you renew can be found on the bill.)

Credit Card - Fill in your credit card details on the bill before you mail or fax it to us.  You may also attach a scanned copy of the form and send it thru e-mail.

Cheque/Money Order. Write your subscription account number on the reverse side of the cheque or PMO made payable to A-Z Direct Marketing, Inc. then mail it to us.

Over-the-Counter at any Equitable PCI Bank branch. You may send your payment thru A-Z Direct Marketing, Inc's current account (#027903434-1).  Just keep a copy of the validated payment slip for future reference.  Just remember to indicate your full name and complete address to facilitate the processing.

Globe G-Cash Payment.  Just text or key in <amount>space<MPIN>space<customer name>space<prod code>space<landline #> and send to 28829178029009. This is the mobile number assigned to A-Z Direct Marketing, Inc.

5. Renewal Reminder/Billing

Crossed in Mail, Undelivered Orders and Payment Difficulty
Please allow time for payment and other transactions to be mailed and processed. It is possible that the shipment of an order will appear on your statement before you have received the product. Please allow adequate time for delivery.

If you still have not received the product after that time or have experienced any difficulty in paying your account, please contact our Customer Service hotline at (632) 533-7075 ext. 5 or email us. Please give concise details of the situation and our friendly staff will assist you in any way possible.

I returned the magazine/s. Why am I still billed for it?

The product you returned and the bill we sent recently may have crossed in the mail. Return parcels can take several weeks in transit.

6. Delivery Information

I just ordered Reader's Digest magazine. When will I receive my first copy?

It takes one month after an order has been placed. If more than one month has passed, please contact our Customer Service hotline at (632) 533-7075 ext 5 or email us.

For Metro Manila, the monthly issue must reach you within the 1st ten (10) days of the issue month.  While for areas outside Metro Manila, please allow up to 14 days to receive your copy.

When will I receive the book, or music product I ordered?

Orders with Payment. A special courier delivers the products in Metro Manila and Key Cities. Customers with prepaid orders in these areas should receive the product/s in one (1) week from the date we received your order (if the stock is readily available).  Expect the product to be received in 2 to 3 weeks time for all other areas.

COD Orders.  For Metro Manila, orders should be received in 2 weeks time from the date we received your order (if the stock is readily available), while 3 weeks for key cities and other areas.

If 4 weeks have passed since the order date, please contact our Customer Service.

Products will be sent as follows: Within Metro Manila, key cities & other serviceable areas a special courier will handle the delivery, while PhilPost for all other non-serviceable areas.

7. Missing/Damaged Products

For Metro Manila areas, if you have not received your magazine by the 10th  (14th for outside Metro Manila) of the month or you have received the product in an unsatisfactory condition, please click here for replacement. We welcome any questions and comments about Readers Digest, our products and services. We look forward to hearing from you.

8. I did not renew my Magazine subscription. Why do you keep sending the magazine to me?
We send extra copies upon expiry of the subscription which is covered by your next term in case you renew. We send advice to subscriber when his subscription is about to expire.  Billing for the new subscription term will then be sent with the 1st extra magazine (or 13th issue). If you do not wish to renew, please contact us.

9. What happens if I am dissatisfied with the product I ordered?
Reader's Digest strives to offer the highest quality products. You can contact us for replacement if such was received in bad condition or we can refund to you the unserviced portion of your subscription if the product is not up to your satisfaction.
